TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Rate of Pay: $65,000-$83,500

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitates the overall planning, reviewing, implementation, revisions and delivery of all human resource activities and procedures; Supervises, delegates, and participates in employment, salary schedule and placement, policy interpretation, performance management and employee relations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiar with District organization, operation, policies and
- Knowledge of State and Federal laws, statutes, rules, codes and regulations governing Human
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, and laws and regulations relating to Equal Employment
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration, or related field.
- At least five (5) years’ experience in an area that involves human resource tasks/responsibilities.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
